The Cramer Children's Center
Forensic Program is
designed with the needs of
the child abuse victim in mind.
The goal of the program is to
provide services in a
comfortable child friendly
setting.

We provide the following:

It is important to help each
child heal from the trauma
of abuse. We believe
meeting the child where
they are and helping them
to recover is the most
important mission we
have.

We provide individual and
group counseling to all
children of abuse. Each
therapist is a qualified
counselor who is trained to
work with this special
population. All counseling
services are offered to the
child and their parents at
no cost. We work with
each family to provide
quality services that
include family counseling,
family advocate services,
court orientation, and post
traumatic stress disorder
therapy. We provide
parenting classes when
staffing allows.

Our medical program is
a new program that
started in February
2007. As a part of the
forensic process, we
have contracted two
nurse practitioners who
have specialized training
in sexual assault exams
of children. The Cramer
Children's Center
conducts medical exams
of abuse victims up to
age 18.
